It's alright. Not bad but not anything special. I would season the porkchops before searing them and add some garlic and onion powder along with salt to the soup mix. You also don't need to cook the pork chops all the way, give them a good sear and throw in the oven. And wayyyyyyy more potatoes needed. 1 and a half to twice the amount it calls for.
