Pork Chop and Potato Casserole

First, we sear boneless pork chops and lay them over sliced potatoes and onions. Make a sauce of cream of mushroom soup and milk, then pour it over and set it to bake. A sprinkling of cheese is the last step, and dinner is served.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high-heat. Place the pork chops in the oil, and sear.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine the soup and the milk. Arrange the potatoes and onions in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the browned chops over the potatoes and onions, then pour the soup mixture overall.
Step 4
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Top with the cheese, and bake for 30 more minutes.

Meat was great though the potatoes was hard. Next i will cover with foil to help the potatoes
