I think an important part of having this taste good is to get good kimchi, I also added gochugaru to the potato banchan which helped
really enjoyed it tho, doubled the carrot and did white potatoes cause the recipe was a little vague, also added a few extra green onions cause 1 didn't seem like enough for 2 eggs, tho I made a bit too much of everything 😅 glad to have a lot of leftovers tho
