Hi! After reading some notes I’d thought I’d leave some of mine. I’ve made this probably 4-5 times now with no issues. I cook 1.5lbs of chicken in the instant pot and shred it. (High pressure 7 minutes, natural release 5, 1 cup of water). I layer the ingredients like this (broth 3.5 cups to start, orzo, mix that together, then I part the orzo and set the feta right in the middle, then tomatoes, the spinach, and chicken. The seasons on top of there. And give it a little mix after that to get some chicken in the broth. Cook like it says, and it’s perfect. Hope this helps!
