Fairly quick and easy meal to prepare, tastes good too. It reminds me a little of fried rice, but with extras thrown in!
The family enjoyed it a lot, gobbling it down quickly.
Notes to self:
After cooking for 20 minutes, turn off heat and let sit a little so rice can cook completely.
Smoked sausage could be increased a little, and it needs a lot of salt.
Bell peppers could be easily switched out for other veggies.
