These stuffed portobello mushrooms were delicious & so easy to make. It helps so much to prep even just a few ingredients ahead.
I had 3 huge mushrooms & very tiny baby one.
Now, because of this interesting situation, I ended up with leftover filling.
For the first time, I used 2 cans of canned, flaked chicken. One shortcut I think I'll use again!
Tasty & easy- definitely will make again.
