The idea of this combination was intriguing but several things didn't jive. Didn't like using all that oil seems unnecessary to cook the salmon, who knows how many calories that adds. The dressing was overpowering not allowing flavors of salmon to come through. I felt like I wanted to add something like the artichoke parts or some other flavor to add zing as the mustard was overpowering . I would try it again using a normal amount of oil like a tablespoon and Less mustard
