Took longer to bake than the recipe said, but worth making sure that bases are not sticky. Batter is ready when figure of eight disappears in about 10 seconds. Macarons will spread slightly so don’t pipe to edge of circle template.
2/3 of ingredients will make 20 macarons on a silicone macaron baking tray.
