These were great! They won't hold together on a BBQ but they're very tasty. We added leftover roasted yam, peppers and zucchini (most cooked vegetables would work). I'm not a BBQ sauce fan so we subbed with a couple tbsp of tomato paste, about a tsp of ketchup, 1/2 tsp each of smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and a splash of tamari.
