Additions:
Sliced sausage links (cooked then chilled), extra olives.
Substitutions:
Orange juice + lime juice instead of lemon, cherry tomatoes that were roasted with sliced garlic cloves and rosemary then chilled instead of fresh sliced cherry tomatoes, use garlic powder in the dressing instead of fresh.
Other Adjustments:
Less parsley just because I didn't have much on hand. I don't think I would have liked it if I added what the recipe called for.
