Note to self:
Scaled to 1.5 serving (1/4 of recipe) size for 1 lb chicken tenders
Reduced sugar to 2 tsp to account for sweet balsamic vinegar otherwise kept recipe the same
One side shiokoji; next time, sub salt with shiokoji
Marinated pierced chicken tender pieces in fridge for 2 hours; grill 4-5min per side medium high
Would make more for basting or marinate tofu
