The BEST Chicken Marinade

Marinated for 2 days, start heat on med low, raise to med after adding meat to pan

My favorite chicken marinades! I add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar vs 3/4 cup. Everyone still enjoys it!

Easy to make. Left the chicken in the marinade overnight. BBQ it today in 95+ degree weather in nyc. The smell had my neighbors asking who is crazy to bbq in this heat. Shared with my neighbors and they all said it was worth ME sweating outside over the bbq for this delicious chicken. Truth is I also think it was worth it.

AMAZING TASTES SO GOOD

Very good on the grill, put a glaze with brown sugar, Balsamic garlic vinegette, Sriracha, garlic powder and razerback sauce

Delicious! Used 1kg of chicken thigh, and actually put it in the slow cooker on low for 5 hours (4.5hrs probably would have been enough). I would also put less sugar next time, maybe around 100g and less oil if putting it in the slow cooker (trial 60ml) Had it in a pitta with beef tomato

used Braggs instead of Worcestershire; makes a lot so at least half the recipe next time

This is so good! I marinated the chicken breasts overnight and they stayed juicy after cooking.

I used this to marinate my chicken for shish kebabs. It was very delicious.

I used apple cider vinegar instead of balsamic, added extra garlic, and added about 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce. Our go-to marinade!

Husband did the grilling and said it's the best he's ever had. Note to self: Scaled to 1.5 serving (1/4 of recipe) size for 1 lb chicken tenders Reduced sugar to 2 tsp to account for sweet balsamic vinegar otherwise kept recipe the same One side shiokoji; next time, sub salt with shiokoji Marinated pierced chicken tender pieces in fridge for 2 hours; grill 4-5min per side medium high Would make more for basting or marinate tofu

Easy meal to prep and make. The family enjoyed it, and that’s a plus

This is not good on chicken breasts. I think it would be goid on dark meat ir pork, but this really did not complement the breasts at all. I would use it on pork loin or thighs, but never again on breasts.

Was not a great flavor. Wouldn't use this again.

Delicious. Super flavorful! I marinated my chicken breasts for about 6 hours. Perfect. Grilled them as well. You could also do kebabs with them with some vegetables and it would be great.

So good on a grill and on chicken kabobs

This marinade is probably better suited to be cooked on a well oiled grill. That being said, it’s absolutely delicious….I even brought the remainder to a boil and reduced it a bit to use over my rice 😋

Used maple syrup instead of sugar. Grilled was amazing

Delish, use to cook inside or grill if using thighs

Very good

This was great. Marinated overnight.

Delicious. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

I didnt have Dijon or spicy brown mustard so I subbed with Rufus Teague's mustard bbq. This is the best grilled chicken I've ever tasted!

This is absolutely the BEST chicken marinade ever. I marinade my chicken overnight. I also don't adjust any of the ingredients. I use this recipe as is and my chicken always comes out very moist and tender. You do have to pay attention though. That brown sugar will start to burn! It adds a nice char though.

This was so good! I used boneless skinless thighs, marinaded for 4 hours, and cooked them on the stove. Just have to be watchful as the brown sugar will start to burn.

Made it twice now. The second time made less for just 2 chicken breasts and played it by ear for amounts. Managed to forget the lemon juice but was still very tasty.

Maple syrup in place of brown sugar!

Husband loved it! Super easy. Will make again!
