It is soooo good!!! Reminded me of the stuff my fam used to make as a kid. Very moist and delish. Quick to make too. I did mod the recipe slightly bc I didn't have certain things (or didn't want it). Some of the subs were:
-I switched the oil for 1/2 cup of butter -I switched the applesauce for some mashed banana.
-(I also threw enough chocolate chips into the batch to make my ancestors proud).
I also used a sifter on my dry ingredients to aerate snd make the end product more fluffy. Overall, I will definitely be making again!! 🍞😍😋
