I used this as the basis for a meal whilst camping and it turned out delicious! The ingredients for the sauce give loads of flavour and the chilli that little kick of heat.
I prefer gnocchi fried, and so used up some of the oil from the sun dried tomatoes along with some leftover mushrooms.
I didn’t have the dried herbs but a good stock pot did the trick. Used spinach instead of Kale which worked well.
A lovely balance of flavours. Will make again.
