This has some good flavors and I think it's a good start. Also, I had some difficulties for some reason, so maybe I just did something. First, I was unable to find cumin seeds for some reason, so I left those out. Then I think I cut the potatoes too large because it took much longer than the recipe states. Because the pastors took longer I had to use almost 2 cups of water to keep things moist. Once the potatoes were finally cooked we thought the flavor was mild, again maybe because of the water. Next time we're going to turn up the spices and cut the potatoes into smaller pieces.
