Excellent! Few things to add that the recipe didn't, and a few pointers to get that nice, fried, restaurant style rice:
Rinse your rice ONCE. Don't double rinse. Add 2 tbspof grass fed, lightly salted butter to the rice and fully incorporate.
Season the chicken with garlic seasoning and rotisserie spice. WOW. Set chicken pieces aside and add sesame oil to pan. Add onions and veggies. Once onions are translucent, CRACK THE EGGS DIRECTLY INTO VEGGIE MIX. This coats the veggies to give the final dish JUST what you are looking for! Add the chicken to the veggies and then the rice. Smoosh flat into the pan and let rice 'fry' on medium high heat- about 4 minutes. Stir, and do again.
Serve hot with sliced green onions and THANK ME LATER!!!
