Really enjoyed this. Very easy to make and tasty. Will be a go to from now on. Would add more kecap Manis next time for personal preference. The lime brings it to the next level 100% personal must for this dish 👌
*Edit* cooked the rice with butter and 1tbs kecap Manis 2nd time round. Added lime zest to the chicken and stirred through the lime juice right at the end before serving. Could only find salmon paste so subbed for shrimp paste. Absolutely devine 👌
