In a deep skillet I used about 2lbs of beef, drained fat, one box a penne protein pasta, two cans of diced tomatoes, 4 cups of water with bouillon cubes, two tablespoons of tomato paste. It thickend well a basic flavor good for kids. Reminds us of American Goulash. Hubby and Toddler ate it well. I don't think I would not make as large a batch next time, we don't eat on it that many days in a row as a family of 3.
