Was too much for broccoli, but would work well with kale if you want cooked rather than raw greens. Use shorter egg tray as stand for steamer. Need to reduce other ingredients or increase tofu to get proportions right. Worth it to press, cube, and then marinate and cook the tofu for better texture and flavor.
