This is a coconut flour based recipe, and does not resemble the photo at all. Now, I know that since this is a keto friendly recipe that it would be very unlikely to resemble the photo, I just find it very misleading.
I have no complaints about the flavor, it came out with the sweet delicate coconut flavor, quite tasty.
The flat breads are hard to roll out without falling apart. The method of rolling them between two pieces of parchment paper does help.
When eating them, they do not hold up at all. They will break a part immediately, so if you enjoy eating your flat breads with main dishes by scooping up sauce or curries, these are not good at that at all.
If you are okay with the texture and flavor I described, then I think you should try this recipe.
