Instructions

Step 1
Mix the coconut flour, psyllium husk, salt and thyme in a large bowl, add the boiled water little by little, stir all together well until a dough ball forms.
Step 2
Knead until smooth and divide into 12 equal balls, roll out each ball between two sheets of baking paper into a flatbread of about 4-5 mm thick.
Step 3
Fry the flatbreads one by one in a dry frying pan over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown
