These were amazing! I also added some garlic salt, and parsley. I didn't add the avocado at time of wrapping because I knew I was eating some throughout the week, and freezing some (SoCal gal, I'm partial to fresh 🥑). I wrapped in parchment paper then plastic wrap. Then vacuum-sealed a few. The Microwaved was good. Pan-fried was sooo much better! Haven't dived in for the frozen yet, but I plan to microwave for a minute or so, then pan fry. These are EXCELLENT for hectic mornings, kids slumber parties, camping, or a decent start to any day.
This is one I'll make often and keep in the freezer for crazy mornings.
