A delicious recipe that made 8 burritos (using standard sized tortillas, at 6 servings). I used taco seasoning instead of the listed herbs/spices, as the mixture listed didn't taste right! Cook off the meat in a big pan and, once done, mix all the other ingredients in (aside from the fresh tomatoes and lettuce). It saves on washing and makes prepping the burritos to freeze easier!
