I added hot cayenne so it had a nice little kick to it. The family loves it (I was the only one that has ever had it before)
I cooked the chicken in a cast iron to save time and preserve the char taste. I also added a dash or two of smoked paprika.
Topped with Greek yogurt, cilantro, fresh red onion, and romaine.
