This was so delicious!! Enough for leftovers. I left a lot of the juice in to make the chicken super moist it helped soak up a lot of the flavor

hi Jacqueline -- I am looking at this recipe and I wonder if 60 minutes total cook time is too much for the onions and tomatoes?? What did you think when you made it - if you recall? Thanks!
