I have made this a couple of times I prefer to leave out the potatoes and do roasted potatoes or rice Very tasty

Left out the chorizo and green pepper, doubled the amount of potatoes, orrgano and paprika. You need to pour the liquid onto the chicken thighs a couple of more times to make sure they won't end up dry.

Smoked at 180 for 4 hours. Next time 2 casserole pans - no bell peppers- maybe replace with something. Double chicken Mix it all up better! < I just kinda threw it in layered.

Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces and added more paprika and oregano. Delicious!

My turn to cook tonight, and I made this! The only ingredients I didn't have was oregano and chorizo. This was mouth-watering, easy to make and flavourful, everyone loved it!

Used cauliflower and green beans instead of potatoes and also added feta and a scan of chopped tomatoes. Delish!

Can also swap the chicken for cod fillets (bake ~15 mins)

Add a tin of Taco beans at the end

Added some water, didn't turn up the heat as I used chicken breasts and did the potatoes separately. More of a guide but very tasty.

This was easy and full of flavor. Will be making this again.

Not bad, nice for something different - completely different flavour than we usually eat. I was worried it wouldn’t have enough flavour but the tomatos go a bit saucey and the garlic and chorizo are lovely. I used only 4 tomatos, 3 potato’s and 6 chicken thighs and served with a piece of crusty garlic bread, served 4 people with chicken and potato left overs

This was so good. Very easy to make, yet tons of flavor. Used chicken breast instead of thighs and they weren't dried out at all.

Delicious! Needs to be in while longer since I used chicken legs but absolutely loved this. Definitely will make again, often.
