I made some changes, as most of us do, but the basic recipe is a great starting point. I used 2oz. Of cream cheese (it's what I had). Although this made the sauce creamier it's not going to change much if you leave the dairy out altogether. I added roasted corn, sliced black olives, pickled jalapenos and about 2 tbsp of juice, plus a can of green chilies. I also used ground turkey heavily seasoned with taco seasoning (my own blend). I've had a lot of black beans lately so I didn't add any. I liked it and would definitely make it again.
