It was okay but the recipe has no liquid except for some olive oil. The instructions say you baste half way through but there is minimal/no juices to baste with. So I added a lemon to the cavity before cooking to help with keeping the chicken moist. The spice rub is also only just okay- some reviewers also made a similar comment. Not sure I would make again as there are other recipes which produce a more tasty chicken.
