Did a sear first without the butter, then deglazed with lemon and chicken broth. Added the garlic for 1-2 min next the Italian seasoning mixed with 1 tbsp of kinder's caramelized onion butter and buttery garlic & herbs after a min added butter. Once the butter melted poured cream bring to boil then take off of heat.
