I didn’t use as much meat as they recommended, so I ended up supplementing with jarred spaghetti sauce. Overall though, this was quicker than I expected, tasted good, and made leftovers

Update: I continue to use jarred sauce. I’ve discovered if you add a block of Boursin, you can blend in a can of butter beans and several other vegetables without your husband or baby noticing
