← Replies in Fiery Cauliflower, Chickpea and Spinach Curry Recipe

I used 2.5 tbsp of Mae Ploy red curry paste so it was spicy but tolerable. I also used frozen spinach instead of fresh. Threw in a bit f left over brown rice as well.
