This came out good! I used sunflower oil instead of grape seed oil because it was cheaper. I added red pepper flakes and some fresh squeezed lime juice to the sauce. I sautéd the garlic and ginger in the pan, then added the sauce, that way the flavors come out better versus just adding it raw to the sauce. That should be a rule for all sauces you make with fresh ginger and garlic, and something I always do. Next time, I will increase the sauce ingredients by 50% because this made not quite enough, which left the meal a bit dry, but I still really liked it.
