Fantastic!! Easy and tasty. I have never had Swiss steak before and I’m so glad I made this! I used top round steak. And cooked it in my Dutch oven. Took about 2 1/2 hours. I had mine on mashed potatoes and my hubby has his on egg noodles. Will make again.
