What a treat! I don't know if the ribs we used were as thick as what the recipe calls for, but I found they cooked fast (on high in the slow cooker about 3 hours and looked finished.) Just keep an eye on yours to judge accordingly. I think if they cooked any longer they would have been overdone. Ours came out perfect and there were no leftovers.
