Followed the first tip on the website in regard to adding lots of extra spices and the flavour was great. Didn't include the chickpeas nor quinoa. Added chicken thighs and red bell pepper. Used half the red chili flakes. Cooked in the pressure cooker on high for 20 minutes, which worked well, although some of the veg was a bit too mushy this way (will cook for less time next time I make it). Will also use less liquid next time.
