Very tasty. Mine needed a couple of extra minutes in the instant pot to be creamy, not soupy. Also if you don't want to spend $5000/ounce for pine nuts, I substituted walnuts and it came out yummy. I took suggestions to use veggie broth instead of water. Someday I'll figure out how to get the roasted garlic out without burning my fingers, but not today. 🤪 I would make it again.
