I recently got diagnosed with ibs and have been looking for some low fodmap friendly foods and that's where I came across this dish.
I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews, but I'm definitely not experiencing dryness or a bland taste. I also don't fully follow recipes on their amount sizes because everyone has their own preferred tastes in food, and that's probably where people who strictly follow the recipe experience the bland taste.
I used the exact same ingredients as the recipe states, but tasting the things while cooking can definitely save someone from complaining about taste later.
All in all a good recipe that I'll definitely make again
