Even with the juicy oranges and tomatoes, the salad is very dry with only a drizzle of oil and vinegar. I also feel like citrus vinegar or other dressing would add more flavor.
Edit I used a citrus lime vinaigrette and marinated baked chicken, and it turned out much better! 8/10
