I'm from Louisiana and tried this on purpose because it sounded wacky for Cajun food. It's the herbs that make it wacky. My curiosity controlled me. I could have just dumped Tony's in it per my usual but I wanted something different. It had so much flavor and we straight demolished the pot of it. Perhaps I used too much pasta but it wasn't so much that it lost its flavor. I'd make it again when I'm feeling fancier than Tony.
