Almost forgot picture. Had to taste it first. Took into account some people's comments I used Panda Express Sweet Chili sauce. But I also added 4 tsp of soy sauce , 1/2 teaspoon honey, a dash of ginger and 3 tbsp of lime juice. Seared the salmon fillets with salt and pepper for 2 minutes on each side in a grilled skillet. Then put in oven air fryer for 10 minutes - checking temperature. Added 1 tbsp of extra sauce to the top of each and air fried for 3 minutes longer - reached 145° and was done.
