I never bought black-eyed peas before this recipe! It took me forever to find them in the store because of that. Lol. This recipe is amazing. I put it on crushed corn chips with queso chicken and a dollop of sour cream. So so so good, and I loved the texture of it all! Excellent by itself, too!
