It was delicious and super easy. Made a few changes, 1-where the recipe calls for two packs vanilla pudding, I did one banana and one vanilla. 2-instead of Graham cracker crust. I used vanilla wafers to make the crust. It was three nice handfuls of wafers, didn't really count,....but maybe 55 or so and a third cup melted butter and a fourth cup sugar.
Would be interested in using this to make a play on a banana split. I'd add a cherry sauce or compote on top with some chopped walnuts. I'd maybe cut back on the wafers in the pudding....or not??
