Omit cheese for SCD. Delicious flavours if the steaks are salted generously 30-60min before cooking. Swapped tenderstem for asparagus as that's what I had, delicious. Removed the steak and let rest for 10 minutes covered with foil, and let the veggies roast for longer as they weren't quite done. Also the sage is quite intense so I would halve the quantity on the marinade next time.
