I saw this yesterday and thought it looked fairly easy and tasty. So I made it last night but did make a few changes. I ‘half-mooned’ the zucchini instead of shredding it, resulting in significantly less liquid and making the flour unnecessary. I used 1-1/2 to 2 tbs of Worcestershire sauce, it could have used at least 3. I also used 1-1/2 tbs of chili powder, it definitely needed more. It was delicious but somewhat bland. We’ll be making this again but with the necessary changes, and adding some garlic. It was good with a slice of crusty sourdough bread.
