Very much changed this 😅 Added broccoli. Used ready made meatballs. Next time I would marinate them in soy sauce to give them some flavour. Doubled the garlic and ginger and grated directly into the broth. Added a sliced chilli pepper for heat. Halved the soy sauce. Added a few splashes of fish sauce. Served with additional soy sauce on the side for flavour, and kimchi. V tasty!
