Amazing recipe! My go to when it comes to Pork chops! I do use bone in and I add paprika for color! Also, amazing with Chicken!!!! I had all the ingredients but I had chicken thighs at hand. Bone-in and skin. I added salt and pepper and roasted the chicken thighs for 45 minutes at 425F. Made the sauce and then I added the cooked chicken in it. I simmered for about 5 minutes. It turned out as good as the pork chops!!!! Great way to change things up but using the same recipe. Thank you!
