Keto Pork Chops with Garlicky Cream Sauce

Absolutely amazing dish. Added some chilli and cumin to lift the flavour and tomato to make it more chunky. Extremely filling over a decent size meat

I did 10 pork chops 16 ounces mushrooms and did 3x the other ingredients. Instead of fresh spinach I did a bag of frozen that I added to the pan when I started the mushrooms. I seasoned the pork chops with salt pepper garlic onion and oregano.

Only thing I changed was putting garlic powder on the pork chops 😁

Step 1 Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add pork chops and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and place on a plate to keep warm. Step 2 Add mushrooms to skillet and cook until softened, 5 minutes, then add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more. Step 3 Add heavy cream, Parmesan, oregano, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Bring sauce to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted, 2 minutes more. Step 4 Return pork chops to skillet and cook until warmed through, 5 minutes.

Absolutely delicious! I added some mustard seeds and cumin seeds and fried them in the pan after removing the pork chops.

I added mozzarella cheese instead of parmesan cheese because I don’t like Parmesan. I also added purple onion. And I add my on spice mix. Like Pepper garlic,onion paprika, salt ,chili, cumin oregano leaves parsley and thyme.

Add more spinach

Rather than use heavy cream, I wanted a slightly healthier option so added some water and sour cream (the water was just bc sour cream is thicker). Super tasty! left out the mushrooms bc I have for always hated them.

Delicious and relatively fast!

I didn't use the red pepper flakes, and we did put in half again as much parmesan cheese as this called for and a little extra minced garlic. Those were the only changes we made. This got 2 thumbs up from my old man, and I'm sadly looking at my empty plate. This was so delicious. I want more, and I already ate 2 pork chops. Don't skimp on the spinach. I don't think this would work anywhere near as well without both the spinach and the mushrooms. In fact, I think it could have done with more mushrooms, but then again, I love mushrooms. I'm definitely adding this to my go-to dinners.

While pretty tasty, it wasn't as 'saucy' as I expected. Maybe I added too much Parm? My pork chops were also bigger than pictured, and I only made 3. All in all it was a good sauce to meat ratio. I served it with rice~

Really tasty. I wrapped the pork in tinfoil and a tea towel. Then left it to carry on cooking and rest. While I walked the dogs. This meant when added to the sauce they were not dry and perfectly cooked.

I loved it! It tasted heavenly. Added my own twist, I added a half of a brown onion diced and put into the pan after taking out the pork chops, and put a little bit more olive oil, sauteed onions, then put mushrooms and then garlic as the recipe said. I traded out the kosher salt for garlic sea salt , because I love garlic and I added one more garlic clove minced, poured a little more cream in . Then continued to follow the recipe. The spinach was a wonderful touch to this recipe. I did garnish with a little fresh parmesan and a little Italian flat parsley.

I'm on the fence about this dish. The real problem was that the pork ended up overcooked and dry. I made extra sauce - most of it had cooked off and was starting to burn to the pan, so I had to add more - but it wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked.

Tasted great, but be sure to use boneless chops as I accidentally bought bone-in and the sauce made it difficult to cut out the bone. Of course, this may also be because I added a lot more mushrooms and spinach. Agree with others who suggested doubling the sauce, this unfortunately wasn’t an option for me as I ran out of cream. I added blue cheese to the sauce and a hefty amount of red pepper flakes which overall came out great. Since I made this for the taste, not for keto, I sopped up the remainder of sauce with a bit of bread which was lovely

Lovely recipe, no picture, I did change it slightly, no mushrooms, used natural yogurt instead cream as wanted it low fat & cream cheese instead of the cheese it said.

I added 1/2 a cup of cremoso mexican cheese cubed at the end and let the cubes melt half way then served them on top of the pork chops. It came out really good.

It was excellent. I doubled everything and used extra Parmesan cheese and an extra splash of creamer. Family loved it. Made us several more times. Extra cream, extra park cheese and double everything else.

Double the sauce recipe. Used a whole pack of frozen spinach, sauteed dry to remove moisture, for 4 pork chops and it was a lot, but in a good way.
