Turned out great despite the inaccurate instructions, I went straight for the web instructions based on the notes here. Which in hindsight missed out the red pepper and mentioned yoghurt rather than coconut milk, also I adjusted for less salt as it seemed like too much as you go along cooking the recipe.
Some common sense and a decent eye and this is a really good meal. I made some chicken thighs ahead of this and dumped them in for the last few mins.
