I used leftover rotisserie chicken and frozen broccoli, another cup of cheese (but we're cheese-aholics), and added a scoop of Greek yogurt and half-and-half instead of milk...just using what we had. The kids LOVED it and my son went back for seconds. It made enough for dinner plus lunches for the week. I'll definitely add it to the rotation every once in a while. I added more seasoning than it called for, too. Just listened to my ancestors til they told me to stop with salt and pepper...and it was delicious.
