For 2 breasts, I used 75g of pre-crushed cornflakes, mixed with 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 garlic granules, 1/2 onion granules. I brushed breasts with mayo (mixed with salt & pepper) instead of egg. I also used a mayo/sriracha/lime juice dressing& blackened corn. It was OK, but I think I would prefer hand crushed cornflakes to get the bigger flakes.
